I made this cake for a show I'm doing today. It will be raffled off at the end. I wanted the colors and dots to resemble my website. I also made round cookies with the same colors. Yellow cake with Satin Ice fondant.

for my family, easter sunday. It is blue ribbon moist and fudgey chocolate cake recipie from cc.com cookies and cream filling and topping with a semi-sweet chocolate and vanilla almond bark collar around the side. there are four layers each with cookies and cream filling inbetween. this is the first time for me trying these recipies or collaring a cake. I am putting semi sweet and vanilla almond bark covered banana cake balls on top that look like eggs with spots like the cake.

This was done on a 12in base yellow cake with the cow made using the 3D lamb pan and the same yellow cake used for the base cake. I used the "durable cake for 3D...cake" recipe. All buttercream, the black frosting is chocolate bc. This was done for my sisters 17th birthday. The cake and I made a 130mile trip for delivery - made it without damage Yay! She loved the cake!

So this was originally going to be a mad hatter style cake...until my practice run split in two...thankfully, the bride was willing to go flat round with just the funky design...marble cake w/choc BC then covered in MMF. Wrapped lollipop sticks with curling ribbon (was the only ribbon I could find in the right colors since I procrastinated lol) and double stick tape, then stuck the MMF stars right on top. Decorated the table with extra MMF stars. From what I've heard, the bride & groom loved it! :)

This is a five-layer cake, alternating white and chocolate, with buttercream filling and frosting. It's my first square cake, so when I started frosting it at midnight it was quite a challenge. The tiles/blocks read, "Welcome Baby AJ". Oh, and thanks to sweetrat for the colors : )

This idea was taken from "Family Fun". I spruced it up by adding MMF accents. This cake is iced smooth with buttercream. Pans used were 9" round, half of a ball pan (cut to size) and 3 cupcakes (2 for feet, 1 cut in half for ears). Ears are held in place by toothpicks.

This my first full fondant bow, which thank God turn out just right. This cake was inspired by the pink & white ribbon that I used to put around the cake board. Vanilla sponge cake, filled with vanilla buttercream & strawberry jam. Covered with sugarpaste Cake was accented with luster dust. Customer was very happy with it.

My friend Syn gets alot of grief over her cow spot seat covers so I thought I'd make her a cow spot cake to show her some support. MMF covered checkerboard cake. Fondant spots were rolled in. Pearls are my first so not great. Rose is gumpaste, I'm just starting to learn gumpaste too!

My daughter's 2nd birthday cake - used Wilton's Whipped Icing - but caution - don't add black gel hightlights in advance - gel icing will run.

I made this cake for a friend of mine who collects cows. I intended to put both the fondant cows on top of the cake, but I made the cake too small and couldn't get them both to fit properly. OOPS! So I had to settle for putting just one cow on top. The cake is covered in buttercream with black fondant spots and the "grass" is buttercream also.

I love MMF it was so easy to put on th ecake, not to mention it took less than 5 minutes to make the MMF. I painted on the cake with Wilton coloring gel by adding vodka to it to thin it out. I had so much fun. This was my 1st cake for my tiered and fondant Wilton Course.

Here is the 2nd baby shower cake for the same girl as my last baby shower cake..this one is spots and stripes matching the cake board ribbon and the baby topper I posted a few days ago. SMBC with fondant accents. This is 10" and 8" and they are both 4" high so a pretty big cake! I used Aine2's fab tutorial for the baby topper

Made for my husband's 2 year old cousin. Was not pleased, as per usual I cannot get my buttercream to do what I sooo want it to do lol It tasted yummy though, top cake is carrot, bottom is chocolate, both with cream cheese buttercream frosting.

My daughter did this cake and won first prize at the Mid-Atlantic Ices show for 9-12 yr olds. She was very excited! She carved the cake into the shape, covered it, and airbrushed it.
