For a Mardi Gras themed Sweet 16 "Masquerade Bash" complete with casino. My first - and last - topsy turvy cake! Not fun at all!! The top 4-5" tier is RKT. The cake tiers are 6-7" and 8-9". I wish I hadn't put pearl dust on the '16'. It started out as dark purple, but the dust lightened it way too much. Lesson learned.
