would have been totally lost on this one if it had not been for cc. Once again I forgot to remember which member created this design.

Fortunately, I took a pic of this cake before we went to the party....it collapsed in the car! My first true cake disaster....yeah me! The topper is color flow and the stars are gumpaste painted gold.

Marble cake, torted with strawberries. Covered in whipped cream, decorated with buttercream. Characters are a laminated print out, HSM letters are royal icing. I hate my writing and I'm not crazy about the wings on the curtains.

Came up with this after looking at a few cakes on CC and combined my own ideas with it. I did this one as an 8 in. covered in bc with fondant accents. I was pretty pleased how this one turned out, since I don't have an edible image printer, I made the stage backdrop from fondant and put the lines on with edible markers, then I cut the Letters out and did white balls of RI for the light bulbs. Luster dusted the music notes in old gold and petal dusted the popcorn in buttercup. TFL

This is my very first high heel shoe and purse! The purse a bit of work, no mold just free hand but the bottom cake I made with layer of strips and that gave me a headache! Overall...I am really happy...after all it was for my own birthday! And off course...I like black and white! :)

I did this cake for my niece. I cut the CD's and the clock from rolled MM fondant. I brushed the clock with blue food coloring and detailed the CD's with blue coloring. I also rolled the white balls for the lights from MMF ( very time consuming...... next cake will be done with white icing!) The rest was buttercream.

Top is a FBCT the rest is just BC. I used white cake and red velvet cake and torted them so it has stripes when you cut it.

This was a 2-layer half sheet (one layer french vanilla/one chocolate). It was for a friend's niece. The mom sent me a link of the HSM napkins and I replicated it. I was actually very please with how this came out.

This is my 2nd attempt at a tiered cake. My sister asked me to do this cake for her daughter and thanks to all the ideas from CC I was able to piece this together. The buttercream wasn't cooperating (very humid weather) so I couldn't get it very smooth. The fondant accents were also a first, and I'm fairly pleased with the results. The yellow stars were sprinkled with edible sparkles and the letters were "lit" with piped white dots for the bulb effect. She did love it, which is all that counts!!

Many thanks to all the cakes here and else where that helped me decide which way to go with this! I was clueless. All fondant covered & decor except large stars and stars on top level are gumpaste. All stars are painted with gold luster dust. My red & black fondant were a pain work work with! Ugh...but I like the end result and hopefully they will when I drop it off!

Two tiered chocolate cake with buttercream icing. Fondant birthday banner. Stars made out of scrapbook paper with rick-rack trimming. Pictures were downloaded from internet. My daughter crafted the stars for me. Ashlee LOVED the cake. She's a big fan of HSM & HSM 2. It was a joy to see her face when she saw her cake.

My first high heel. I also didn't have time for it to completely dry, so I hope it makes it to the party. It was made out of fondant, following the steps listed on here! BTW, Thank you! White cake, all shortening icing.

BC frosting. First time doing FBCT. I'm not sure if I will do it again. It stuck to the paper and I had to do some touch up. Fondant stars. I had inspiration from different CC members. The cake was time consuming but all in all I'm happy with the results. Middle Star has birthday girls pic the other stars are cast of HSM.
