Got many concepts for this cake from fellow CCers. Buttercream icing then airbrushed. Cigars and ash tray are RKT covered in fondant. Ashes are crumbled fondant with silve luster dust.

Retirement cake for a dentist. Large book done from Wilton Book pan, iced with buttercream. Edible paper for top pages. Bible represents her new role as a full time minister's wife. Buttercream frosted covered with dark chocolate fondant. Bottom book (which you can't see the writing on) is a dentistry book with her years of practice. Tools are real.
