I made these cookies to practice for an upcoming St. Pat's Day celebration/bake sale at church. I got the vintage postcard pictures online and printed them on edible paper. I was happy with how they turned out, I think I will make the next batch a little bigger so you can see the art better. Thanks for looking!

I did this cake for a family birthday party. Three birthdays for march, so three layers. The cake was a champagne cake with bakers buttercream filling and fondant icing. (will crumbcoat with a crusting buttercream next time - yikes sooooo lumpy!) Rainbow drape and pot of gold are fondant, spikes are gumpaste and four leaf clovers are colorflow.

Just something I came up with for St Patties day, I used a shamrock cookie cutter then airbrushed the inside green. The hat and kettle I bought at a craft store.

My first order, bagged up and ready to go. I made 3 different color combos of this cookie using two shades of green and yellow. The other cookies are plain green with small star border, light green with sanding sugar, marbled fondant base with RI border. There were 24 total and they were so thick that they almost didn't fit in the box!

This was my first time using the Viva method for smoothing out the buttercream. I really was pleased with the results. 12" and 10" tiers, 3 layers each. Hand piped flower design.
Wilton Brown coloring and Wilton Winnie the Pooh coloring was used for the green from the Winnie the Pooh set.

The cake is covered in BC and then has miniature shamrock sprinkles on the top and sides. I made the stand up shamrocks with fondant, as well as the Leprechaun's hat. What do you think?

This is fairly simple - It's a 10x10 cake frosted with buttercream. The pot of gold is all made from fondant. The coins were all cut out using a drinking straw and we used piping gel to gloss them over for a sparkle effect. The clovers are all fondant too. I love the text on this cake - Used a font from the computer as my guide. The cake was a white cake with Andee's mints chopped up inside with a chocolate buttercream filling.

This was for a little boy's birthday...which happens to be St. Patrick's Day. The mom requested a 4 leaf clover. I carved the leaves out of 6" round cakes.

This is a scottish cake for a bridal shower. I used BCF on the cake edible pearls and gumpaste for the 4 leaf clovers and Family crests represents both families. I also used silk arrangement for my flowers they also included both families tartan ribbon print. I wanted to use more gumpaste but it has been very humid here and the cake spent most of the time in the fridge.
