Smore's cake for my husband's 40th birthday. Chocolate and graham cake torted and filled with toasted marshmallow filling and chocolate buttercream. Frosted with chocolate buttercream, topped with meringue frosting, and wrapped with a chocolate cake wrap. This was my first time to try a cake wrap and I was shocked that it came out as well as it did. I fully expected a disaster.

Side view. Again, my first time trying a cake wrap. I wish I had figured out how to get it shiny. I tried a bit of oil rubbed on, but that didn't work. You can see some small holes if you look closely. I didn't try that hard to make it pretty because I really didn't think it would ever make it onto the cake.

Oh, yeah. This cake is a heart attack on a plate. Chocolate cake with graham crust, toasted marshmallow filling, chocolate buttercream, and meringue frosting on top.
