This was groom's cake that I just did this past weekend.. it was a doctored cake; chocolate/chocolate chip cake with sour cream chocolate icing ... I drizzled melted semi sweet chocolate chips and melted white almond bark over the edges.

A quick job, was busy packing for vacation...and told husband I would get these made before I left out of town for his work. It was for a lady at my husband's work. I went to the local grocery store to buy a big enough box and I then taped my "busines" card on the bottom of it....the lady of honor loved them so much and she saw the card...she told my husband that she may call me for some cakes :) Zucchine Spice and Orange Chip Dream cupcakes with dawn's buttercream icing. Wrote B A B Y on alternating rows

This was a learning experience. Many things went wrong, but it was just for a friend who lets me experiment with her needs. It still tased yummy!

This is the third time I have made this type of decorated cookie, and the first time I have made it into a basket. Made other cookies but these are the ones that turned out nice enough to give away. The first two attempts at making the glaze I about quit it was so frustrating, but I think I am getting it finally. haha.

I made this for my Nieces' birthday, but it started "melting" because it decided to be hot on the day of the party. I've never seen or heard of a S'mores cake, but she loves S'mores, so I figured she'd love this idea. - Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake, topped with fudge icing, Yellow cake "angled" slightly to look like a melted marshmallow, covered in buttercream, with MMF "burn marks".

I got this idea from cupcake pictures from the internet. I made vanilla chocolate chip cupcakes and used vanilla buttercream with blue sprinkles. The cookie is a chocolate chip cookie, though next time I would use a sturdier cookie like oatmeal chocolate chip because the cookie absorbed some moisture and got softer overnight and a couple of the cookies broke off. The eyes are royal frosting.

This cake is covered in fondant. I used a straw to punch out the poker chips, and cut the cards with a ruler out of fondant, then used an edible marker to decorate them. It was my sons idea to decorate the cake board with real poker chips.

For a neighbor, who says he doesn't like cake that much, he would prefer salty food. He's celebrating his birthday together with his daughter and invited us over for....coffee and cake of all things.

My sister had ordered this cake for a friend that she plays Texas Hold Em with. When I was looking for ideas, I came across 2yummy’s cake. Thanks 2yummy! I had forgotten that this cake was in the 2006 Wilton Book. I have been buying these books since 1999. I buy them, skim through them, and then put them up! I need to remember to scan them every so often!

This was a short-notice cake for my sister. I usually like to have a couple of weeks to plan a cake thoroughly. This one I did very little planning for and decorated rather quickly. I would like to perfect this idea tho.
