My 3 year old wanted a Cinderella doll cake for her birthday. This is what I came up with. It's a dark chocolate fudge cake with rolled buttercream fondant. It's my first cake and I think it came out pretty well :o)

I made this one for my little baby on his first birthday...BUT... I didn't finish, I was very busy with the party things and had not enough time, so the cake ended incomplete, but I don't care, we had a very good time anyways

House is made out of chocolate, whipped cream frosting is on the rest of the cake. Bottom layer is half a sheet and tope layer is a quarter sheet. I sprayed the cake with green for a textured effect and piped grass with star tip #18 between the top layer and lower layer.

Dora done for a little girl turning three today. The cream roses were done with the Hershey Kisses, all the other flowers are b/c. MMF balls dusted with Luster Dust were used for bottom border. Drawing of Dora's picture is taken from Cakefairy 18, thanks.

Baked 9x13-inch sheet cake and 9-inch round cake. Split round in half and placed one on each end of the sheet cake, then sculpted the sides of the sheet cake to give it more of a skateboard shape.

I got this recipe from KidKusine.com. It's a mix of choc/white cake, cookies, pudding, tootsie rolls - It is so realistic looking some people would not eat it!!

I found some instructions for these bugs that were for polymer clay and thought 'what the heck', and tried them with a fondant/gumpast mix.

This was a first birthday cake for my niece. My sister requested a funfetti cake iced with butter cream. I used fondant to make the roses, leaves, hearts, windows and castle door. A photo of the birthday girl was added to one of the castle windows. A tiara and a disney princess candle finished the design.

This was a 12 inch double layer cake iced with butter cream in a basket weave. I bought some donut holes filled with jelly and covered them with fondant and decorated them like easter eggs. Two chocolate easter bunnies, some peeps, marshmallow figures and malted milk eggs were placed on top with the fondant "eggs". A fondant covered dowel topped with a jelly bean and Happy Birthday banner was placed behind the bunnies. Piped butter cream "easter grass" finished the cake.

This is the cake I made for my daughter's second birthday party. I took the tops of the party blowers and stuck them with the appropriate colored "Wiggle" and put their toy "Big Red Car" as the topper! Thanks for looking!

This is a Kahlua cake with bavarian cream centers (3- 8x2 cakes) with cream cheese frosting. The candle and hands are the new butterfinger sticks covered with yellow cream cheese icing. The eyes are buttercream icing and the nose, cheeks, mouth and hearts (around candle) are royal icing. Quite a challenge.

I had so much fun with this one! I finally got to use the carousel horse separator. I tried to follow the cake on the box as much as possible. I'm surprising my daughter with the cake this afternoon. The cake itself is Devil's Food (Cake Mix Doctor Recipe), Crushed Peppermint White Chocolate Buttercream Filling (to die for!!!!) and buttercream icing. The roses are royal. The topper is one that I made out of modeling clay so that she can keep it. She loves horses!
