This was my first time using modeling chocolate. I really love how this cake turn out. The top part of the cake is made with 50/50 modeling chocolate and fondant. The bottom part is a yellow cake with walnut flavored buttercream, covered in fondant.

A client wanted the cake to say "Happy Birthday ***iness!" The cake was a yellow butter cake, frosted with caramel buttercream, caramel filling, chocolate ganache and mini pieces of snicker's chocolates.

Yellow cake with swiss meringue buttercream, almond flavored fondant and chocolate modeling paste. All ingredients were made from scratch. The cake creation was inspired from taking the Craftsy course "Clean & Simple Cake Design," taught by Jessica Harris.
