Hi everyone
I just had a quick question regarding MMF. I have some on hand and I was wondering if I can make roses with it. I don't want to throw it because that would be a waste. If I make them then store them in an airtight container how long will they be good for?? The fondant is from a couple weeks ago.

Does all MMF last that long?

I would imagine so. I think I read on a post a while ago that the sugar preserves it. I just wasn't sure as to exactly how long that was.
