my son's class is having a taste testing of pumpkin products in class on Halloween. does anyone have any good recipes that contain pumpkin products, i want it to be something the kids would actually like............some cupcakes would be nice.

I had a kids recipe for some pumpkin muffins, but I'd have to find it. Pumpkin cupcakes sound good too!
