I'm making a cake this weekend. Three tiers (10", 8" & 6") each tier 2 layer.
I bought the tubs of Wilton chocolate but now I'm reading it takes like crap!!
I need to make a chocolate brown color-I don't think my sanity will permit me to make all this icing from scratch!! what to do?!?!?

Go to a local cake suppliystore try a diferent brand than wilton try satin ice or pettin ice
