I'm making a first b-day cake for my daughter and was planning on using luster dust. However, since she is only a year old, I'm hesitant to use a product that isn't necessarily considered safe. I found the FDA approved dusts at sugarcraft.com but am wondering if anyone has any experience with them before I order some. Do they have that same shimmer quality or are they more of a matte finish? I'm hoping for a shimmer effect. Does anyone know of any other safe dusts I could use for this project? thanks so much for your help!!!
