I saw this topic once and it showed how the did it. Does anyone know where I can find that post or at least tell how to do it.

Thanks

If want to see a step by step with pic and a great tutorial you can visit calidawn's website. She tells you how to fill cupcakes along with several other things too. Lots of great info.

Just use a bismark tip in an icing bag, filled with filling and poke it down into the cupcake and gently squeeze!

I have even used a number 3 or 4 tip to fill my cupcakes. It worked just as well.

I've used tips 10 and 12 before.

Just remember, when you see icing coming up around the tip to stop. That's a good sign you have enough filling in it. icon_smile.gif

Thank you all for the tips. The kids loved them. I won't lie I did too.

That's great Melony thumbs_up.gif I love them too. I always shake my head when I see TV chefs cutting the tops off their CCs to fill them icon_rolleyes.gif .
