Has anyone ever made a frosting with a peachy type flavor? I had a bride request a frosting that has peachy flavor, she said even peach chunks? Is this even possible. I was thinking of just chopping up some canned peaches into my buttercream? Any ideas or recipes to share?

Hmmm, what about a peach filling or peach buttercream for just the filling? I may have a recipe...let me look.

If you add the peaches to the buttercream, I'd puree and then strain them. And keep refrigerated too, probably,

Oh, I just saw your email address. Let me know if you want the recipe. I would think for a buttercream you could make a peach puree and add that to your buttercream. You could even make a peach mousse.
