I thought I saw a recipe for cookies to roll, cut decorate on here but I can't find it now.
I found antonia74's icing recipe, but I thought she or someone else had the cookie recipe.
Any help? Thanks!
You can go to kitchengifts.com and there is a recipe for no-fail sugar cookies that everyone raves about.. I haven't tried them, but those are the ones I see mentioned most often.
I made them this past weekend and they are yummy!! And also, I used the hint about rolling the dough between wax paper...fabulous!! The quickest cleanup I've ever had when making cookies!
ditto about the tip to roll them between wax paper - that rocked!! I added the almond flavoring last time and it tasted really good. I have to make some for my daughters class on monday and will proabably stick to vanilla for the kids!
I think it would be fine to cut in half. It is very similar to Toba's recipe except Toba uses half of the No fail sugar cookie ingredients.
I've only ever made a half recipe and they are great. Will be making more this weekend.

OOHH yah, now I remember. I was out of printer paper when I first found it. Thank you so much!!
Nice of you to share tips. My DH thinks it's a riot that many decoraters won't share their secrets or other info.
Thanks again.
