You could do a Chocolate transfer (I did this with my deer cake in my photos) or a color flow.

There are lots of examples of color flow in the galleries. Go to galleries and do a search for color flow. You should get quite a few examples. Michaels, Hobby Lobby, etc. sell color flow mix.
