Congratulations to all and adven..that was a truly amazing cake! They were ALL gorgeous but that one truly deserved to win! I always get close but no win yet..but you know what..?.. I am content to come in as close as I do to all this wonderful talent and it inspires me so much to keep working at it! I don't ever think...oh well...I am giving up or ..my cake should have won..I think the winners have all deserved the winning spot, and I feel that our little community here votes fairly.
We have a truly talented bunch of folks here and I am happy to be a member...(sniff)..hehe. OK not going to get too mushy, just realized I was late getting out my congrats to all. I have never had my butt kicked by a better group...lmao!

Thanks KayDay....I feel very much the same way...this was my first contest and I loved making that darn cake, but, the fact is that for Halloween I just don't have the time to produce what I really want to...BUT...I am still going to do something and enter it anyway....I, personally, LOVE to look at the gallery....it's so inspiring and just plain fun, so I will afford the same opportunity to everyone else....
Just because I may not win again, it doesn't mean I won't give someone else an idea or an inspiration......maybe a smile?.....
