Heehee, this is wonderful, how creative, perfect job, gave me a good chuckle. Hhmn, I think when we get a bit of artistic freedom, we do our best work. Love all the extras, great job!

Oh, wow... thank you all!!
The directions that I loosely followed... http://www.webmall1.com/sweetdreams/dragoncake.htm
I didn't think there was enough stability in the way that their body was constructed so instead I used a zuccotto dome pan to form Dino's body.
Hi DiH, great cake! Aren't you going to post the photo in your gallery? It will soon be lost with it just here in the Forum.
You put a lot of work in the cake, as well as the extras, the whole thing is very creative! Janice
Very cute it looks like it took alot of time! But it sure did turn out wonderfull!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome cake. Really great. What was the reaction?
Thanks, Kos -- and everybody else! I'm going to need a bigger hat before long.
Daylone (pronounced Dillon) loved his dinosaur... I guess they had to convince him to let them cut/serve it. I'm told that lots of mothers in attendance asked for my name/phone number.
Funny story... they'd planned a birthday party-in-the-park for Sunday but that morning our weather turned nasty and cold so they had to move the party to their house instead. Jeff said that the funniest part was watching two dozen 3-4 year olds - all bundled up in snowsuits and mittens and armed with baseball bats - out in the back yard "beating the helloutof" the pinatas. Sounds like the cold weather didn't deter them from having a good time!
