I am still new at the cake decorating business. I have seen alot of people that use gumpaste for decorations. I know nothing about gumpaste. Can anyone tell me were I can find information on gumpaste, like a book or website? Thanks in advance.

Scott Wooley has a really good book on gumpaste flowers and design .. there are many out there .. I will say that the Wilton book that comes w/the gumpaste tool kit isn't the best choice .. they just don't give clear instructions..
