I need your advise, I would like to make cakes and cupecakes for my two sons school this coming Friday!!

They will have their classroom party on Friday and also their Fall Carnival on Friday

Sooo I want to have either a CCC for both classrooms or just cupcakes .
And two 8in for the carnival .

I have never had so much in one day due
I just make for my family and school events so that is why I need your advise on how to break this up but still get it done by Friday.

Any suggestions would be great

I would start making your cakes and cupcakes now and freeze them but make sure you thaw them a day ahead of decorating. I would start thawing on tuesday. Decorate what will be the quickest first. If you're going to be putting a FBCT on either, make that now. It will keep in the freezer until you use it.

Good luck and I can't wait to see what you've created!

Hi Berta ,

I have been using the dream whip icing because every one likes how it tastes. Would I be able to freeze that kind of icing and in what kind of container is best ??
