I am in the process of making a two tiered buttercream frosted cake for a childs birthday . This cake has numerous chocolate transfers I have made usuing the Wiltons chocolate melts.
the customer is picking up the cake sat Morning. My question is, can I assemble the frosted cake now ( friday morning) or should i wait until the morning? ( Its completely frosted so all I need to do is stack it and stick on the decorations)
I am worried the chocolate transfers may sweat in the fridge.
