Well, I've been looking to see if this has been asked already, but if it has, I can't find it in any of the forums (which means my search skills must be lacking icon_redface.gif ). Anyway, does anyone know how many people the stand-up bear is supposed to feed? *Not the mini bear.* I'm talking about the bigger one. I have an idea, but I want to see what you guys say. I haven't bought the bigger bear yet, so I don't even know if it says anywhere on the box how many it would feed. Thanks guys! icon_biggrin.gif

Most stand up cakes use 6 cups of batter. I'd say around 12-15 servings. But as I said earlier with how much a cake mix serves, it does depend on other factors, such as is it kids, teens or adults eating the cake. icon_smile.gif

I have the stand up bear and it will serve at least 12-15. It looks a little strange when you cut because of the heating core, but I love that pan.
I think I used the recipe on this site for 3d cakes and it turned out really good.

Thanks gals. I had estimated 20-25 just from looking at the picture on Wilton's website and the dimensions of the pan. I hadn't even thought about figuring out an estimate based on the cups of batter it would take to fill it. icon_rolleyes.gif I guess I'm going to have to set it on a 9 or 10" round to make sure it will feed everyone. Ok, off to the store to get the bear pan set (I love excuses to buy new pans! icon_lol.gif )
