I made chocolate ganache on Friday and decided not to use it afterall. I have it in my refridgerator and I am not sure if it can still be used? Does anyone know if it would still be good? And for the future, how do you store chocolate ganache?

You mean you haven't taken a spoon to that bowl and eaten it all yet? icon_biggrin.gif

I'm not sure how long it can be kept cause in my house it doesn't usually last that long. If you want to ues it up though, I have heard it can be reheated, slowly. I have also heard of people adding it to their buttercream to make chocolate icing.

Thank you for your responses. I think I will do something with it this weekend. I like the idea of using it in buttercream. Any suggestions on how much you add to your buttercream?
