Hey everyone time to start concentrating on why we are all on this site to begin with. I mean cakes and sugar thats what its all about, right.

I love getting and sharing information and ideas with others here.

No one in my family can understand my passion for cake decorating, so I escape here to my little world where everyone understand and share the same passion.

I love looking at all the wonderful cakes, recipes and instructions.

Exactly.

I'm here to learn new things, find ideas and inspirations, chat w/ others who share my hobby and share what I have learned in turn.

Additionally -- and I"m not really sure how "PC" this is to say, but I'm also here because as a single mother with an "average" income, I like that this message board and forum is a free service, unlike another really good website i used to belong to. Sometimes I need to count and really watch my pennies!!

I truly get inspired by everyone on this site. I just love it!

First of all we all are having same hobby Baking and Decorating Cake
So we can shear our thoughts, recipes, cakes and most importantly happiness and sadness also.
Always we need comments and compliments that we are getting from here.
More important thing for me is I got lots and lots of friends here and they always help me. I got lots of info from them and still getting.

I love this site and I love to be here.

well I'm here for a number of good reasons, to learn, to help if I can, and to meet up with other who have the same passion as I do. I hope this site never goes away.

I come here for ideas, to learn and share and because you guys are so neat to hang out with. Only foodies understand why we love what we do. And how we can take something that stresses our imagination and call it fun. Does that make sense???

I mean when I do a cake (Any kind--BD or wedding), I get the idea and then I run wild with it in my head before it starts on the cake. Critique myself heavily then breathe a sigh of relief when I finish.

And am I the only one that hangs around within earshot of the cake table to hear what people say???

I'm just here for the free food and drink... Oh wait... my mistake wrong place... I'm here to learn and share ideas....

Well, I am here for the friendship and compassion and caring and sharing and support that goes on, on a regular basis. Secondly for the interests that we all have in common. We share, we learn, we grow.
I think the most fascinating thing is how we get to meet people from all over the world, with different artistic impressions and abilities and cultural interpretations. It sort of opens up your world to new ideas.

This site is the best of em all! Not everyone can attend classes so this site is an awesome learning tool.

I agree with most of you. I love looking at everyone's cakes, recipes and ideas. This site keeps me going. I bore my husband with all my cake ideas and he is fed up with all of my pans and decorating gadgets. It's nice having a place to go with so many people that share your same interests and experience the same problems and excitement you have. I also like to hang around the cake table to hear all of the comments. It gives me butterflies to hear someone rave about a cake you put all of your time into.

I love this site because it's like having a cake instructor in my house 24/7. I have learned so much! And I love seeing everyone's cakes.

I am so glad I found this site. I have no idea what I did before I found everyone here. There is such a vast amount of experience and knowledge here that no matter the question, an answer will be found.

My computer is in my kitchen so I don't have to go far to check up on the goings ons here!

well i love to be here because i dont know a single person who bakes or decorates cakes and if you ask a person you dont know they will not give up their secrets.

i love how every one is so nice and loving and supportive in each other and each others ideas even if they are different from their own.

i have learned so much here and not just in baking and decorating. i have learned that even though we can be on the other side of the world, our same talent has brought us together and made us friends.

I'm here because I like Cakin and Bakin!!! And all the rest that everyone else put so perfectly!!!

Well, as afar as I know this forum is not "DEAR ABBY" nor "MISS MANNERS" or "Dr. Laura Schlesinger"... it is all about cake, cake and more cake...

If I didn't know there was such a support group as this in existence....to guide me, give me advice, pull an idea out of my brain, etc.....I probably would have not persued the cake decorating.....

This site has been very helpful to me, it is very instructive and detail to the core.

Anytime am in a fix i run to this site and i get wonderful response from beautiful people that are always ready to give a helping hand and share what they know with a friend.

Everyone is saying exactly what we are here for. Cakes and cake decorating. Oh. pulled and blown sugar too. Up until now I had no idea why I was here. But everyone has been so supportive and real forthright with their information.

I AM SO HAPPY THAT I FOUND THIS SITE. ALL OF THE PEOPLE AND IDEAS ARE SO HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. I HAVE MADE A FEW FRIENDS THAT I SHARE E-MAILS WITH AND SHARE A LOT IN COMMON OUTSIDE THE CAKES. THAT IS VERY COOL. THANK YOU ALL WHO HAVE MADE THIS SITE SO SUCCESSFUL. THIS IS THE BEST!!!!

Im here because if I would of known of this place, I could of taken classes from everyone here. and now that I have taken the classes I come here for help and I can actually have a conversation with some real people and get honest answers. Everyone here is uplifting and really gets you motivated when your down. My husband actually gets into my cakes. He has helped me so much. And let me say when he gives an honest opinion, he goes all out. Hes the greatest. But I love all the people here and the help they give. I could live on this site if I could
