How far in advance can make a buttercream transfer and it still work.
Can they be frozen for sometime or just a few hours
Thanks
that is a great question...
can you freeze them a week to two ahead of when needing them?
This is a great article from ACD and Sweet Dreams...

They can be done way in advance and will last indefinitely. I either wrap them in plastic wrap and place in a pizza box (long term storage), or just in a zip bag.
You can freeze quite awhile before needing them... as long as they are properly wrapped to keep from becoming freezer burned. I freeze mine first with no protection. Then I wrap it in plastic, place in a brown paper bag or cake box and place that in a plastic bag (such as a grocery bag or trash bag). I've never had one go bad- even after 2 months.
