LOL calm down..
This is what I do.. Practice before you add it to your bow.. I use lemon extract. I put a couple of teaspoons in a bowl and with my paint brush, I dip my brush in the extract then into my luster dust and adding the dust to my extract.. Continuing until I get the right color I want.. Now I am not sure if I am doing it right, but it has worked out fine.. Just be aware that the extract will evaporate fast.. Good Luck!

Well, It depends on the look you are going for really. You can brush it on dry (just dip in the dry pearl dust and brush on for a more sheer look, you can also hold over steam for a few seconds to set the color , it will also really makes the colors pop when you do this)
Or you can mix the dust with lemon extract , vodka etc something with a really high alcohol content so it evaporates quickly to paint it on for a more solid coverage. You want this mixture to be fairly thick kind of like nail polish consistency. If it's to thin it will just go on streaky.

There are several places online that you can order the pearl, luster, and petal dust. Or your local cake shop might have them.
