Would this business be to earn money for a ferret, by chance?? icon_lol.gif

I'd start with cookies, cupcakes and muffins. They would be easy sells to classmates, teachers, etc. You could come up with a few standard muffin recipes and take orders from the teachers to deliver first thing in the morning on Mondays. (That way baking wouldn't have to interfere with your homework!!) Good luck!!! Keep us posted on how you do! icon_smile.gif

Happy Baking,
Beth

Thanks! You reminded me i need to get some time schedule to make whatever they order. I don't really have to worry about homework. Lol My school never gives more than an hour of it. icon_razz.gif

Sorry to dampen your efforts, but most schools have rules that require all food sold on the premesis to come from commercial kitchens. Check with the school first.

Unless you work in a licensed kitchen, you can't sell home baked goods to the public.

I did ,and my school is 100% ok with it. They don't have any rule like that at my school. And i'll have a licensed kitchen to use soon.

Wow, I wish my school had been so lenient! Back in my day... (just kidding, I won't go there. icon_razz.gif )

Seriously, I'd totally focus on your teachers, and ask if there's any way you can sell your goodies at school sports events! I'd make cookies with your school mascot on them. Put them in individual baggies and make sure you put a label with your name and contact info on every baggy!! You never know who will be there eating your treats! That's how word of mouth gets started. icon_smile.gif

Lol Unfortunately my school doesn't have sport events. Its a tiny school with only 40 people in it. Thank you though!!
