Has anyone ever heard of Dehydrated Fondant frosting? I live in Chicago and there used to be a store here named Kitchen Kapers (went out of business :frown; ) they sold a product called dehydrated fondant in I believe it was 1 lb bags it was used to make cherry filled chocolates and it was also used to make frosting. There were different variations of frosting instructions listed on the package.

I would like to know if anyone has these recipes because that was the best butter cream ever, it was so creamy and didn't crust and it was easy to decorate with . Please let me know if you saved the little pink label and have the recipe.

Thanks
Jackie
