Hi everyone!
I'm new to cake decorating and I just had a quick question or would really just like opinions.
Out of the Durable cake, Enhanced cake and Super Enhanced cake recipes which one do you prefer, which one is best tasting?
Which do you recomeend using?
I have a 8 month old so I'm not making any cakes from scratch just yet!
Any advice would be appriciated.
Thanks

I have made the Super Enhanced recipe quite a few times with yellow and white cake mixes. It makes a cake similar to a pound cake, very good tasting, moist and dense, with very few crumbs. If you use it for a sheet cake, it will be a very heavy cake. I did not like the results I got with a chocolate cake mix tho, so I use a very easy Hershey's scratch cake recipe that gives me consistent results.

I used the super enhanced cake mix this past week with a yellow cake mix, and everyone loved it. I loved it because it was more dense so i wasn't so nervous about transferring it from plate to the cake board. Everyone thought it was very moist too.
