I use the all Crisco buttercream frosting and wanted to know if I am able to freeze my left overs and thaw them when I need them? Also how long does it stay good in the freezer?

TIA

I should already know the answer but am having a brain cramp and just can't think!

Thanks!!

I freeze mine all the time.. I actually just took some out to "play" with.. I am not sure how long it is good for, but I would imagine for a long while

I also freeze BC and it keeps well, several months.

Fishercakes,

I use the 1/2 butter and Crisco and freeze icing all the time.

Always keep red and black made up since they are so hard to color.
