Has anyone ever decorated the mini-muffin cupcakes? I would like to do this but I am wondering exactly what to put on them. I hate to just frost with nothing special on them.
TIA
Judy

I've used these a lot, and pipe all sorts of things with them...

Since I was dancing Hula with a Hula Halau here in Florida, I'd pipe flowers on them and used them as "lei's"

Or just pipe all sorts of flowers on these, to practice and then give away...

lol

I do them for weddings. I have an order next month for 360...I should start icing them now! (hahaha!)

Here's a photo of 5 of my variations, all piped with Tahitian Vanilla Meringue Buttercream swirls.

From left to right: gumpaste leaf, gumpaste flower, edible pearls, gumpaste flower & dark chocolate heart cut-out.

Those are so cute! I sis some last year for a Christmas party. I decided to those instead of petite fours. They were a big hit at the party.

I also used a swirl of icing with different christmas candies on top.

I just made some mini-bundt cakes and frosted with BC. They are posted in my photos, called "Idon't do petit-fours" mini-cakes. These were for a shower but I like doing these better than petit-fours.

75 cents per mini cupcake with buttercream...plus 25 to 50 cents for the edible decoration, depending on its detailing.

Thanks!
