HI. We are Egyptian and for fun I thought it would be a neat idae to make a cupcake cake with a mummy on it for my mom's birthday.
Now I haven't made a cupcake cake before but willing to try something new.
I was wondering any ideas or suggestions? Should I make a FBCT of a mummy if so have you seen any pictures that would be of help to me? I am open to suggestion.

I would use the icer tip and just make strips of white icing across the top to look like a mummy. Hope that makes sense. There is a similar article on CC.

If it was me, I would bake a huge sheet cake... fill it or no filling, then use a deep round (about 2-3 inch across) pastry cutter with handle,, do a crumb coating then wrap then invidiually with a Fondant Strip. Decorate the Fondant strip with tiny piped flowers,,Put a single flower on top...

I like misdawn's suggestion. But instead of a cupcake, I'm sure you could use a stand up pan (sports ball or even the stand up pumpkin) and make a huge mummy head

Dont think I dont know that! If I like one design but cant think of who I would make it for, then I wait.... I do believe though that a FBCT would be perfect for that one colorful pic of King TuT!
