HAs anyone baked a chocolate cake using beets? I heard that it's the most moist cake you can ever bake and stays moist for days! At first thought, beets in cake doesn't sound yummy, but hey...if it works and it's good, I'll try it. Any one out there with experience?
Wow, it does sound odd but your right if it works then try it. I haven't heard of it but I will check my cookbooks. Hope you find it!!
I've never heard of such a thing! I had to google it. Recipes popped up all over the place for red beet chocolate cake! This blog was too much...I thought I'd share it.
