Hey guys,

I got an email saying I had a PM, but when I signed on there wasn't one. I didn't want anyone to think I was ignoring them...so if you sent me a PM please resend or email me at [email protected]

I get those a lot. I assume that all pm messages get sent to your email but if you are on CC at the time and check your pm before you check your email, it might make you think you still have an unread pm.

Does that make sense? I've pm'd you before. Cross reference the date.

Did u get a PM back from me? I didn't realize that the PMs stay in your outbox until the other person reads them and the other day I deleted several from my outbox like a total idiot! And I'm sorry but I have 4 kids and I can't remember who they were from!!!!!!

I haven't been successful with candy melts. Anything interesting to share about it? For some odd reason, my melts came out looking like liquid soap....lol

I melt mine in a double boiler, put them in a decorating bag with a #2, 3 or 4 tip. then I draw the picture of what I want. Look at my cakes if that dowsn't make sense. I am going to try to use the molds this weekend and see how they turn out.

This might sound funny BUT....on some of your cakes, there are swirls on the sides of the cake. How do they stay like that? I would assume gravity takes effect and pulls it down? But yours look perfect.

I alternate between 1M and 8B. The 8B is easier for getting the effect I have learned. The 1M will work but you have to get the icing to land just right and do more swirls!
