My daughter is having a birthday party tomorrow and we are going tubing at the local ski area!! I'd like to make her cake a sheet cake with kids tubing down a mountain. I don't have any fondant - and would like to use buttercream icing. Could someone please tell me how to make the people? What is a good buttercream recipe and what tips do I use?
