I have a local cake supply shop I use, but they are a bit expensive. Who do you use for your online cake supply items (I like the CK fillings)? How do you order, a big order with expected items, or as you need them.

I order from Country kitchens all the time! I usually try to gather up a decent size order and have it all sent at once to cut down on shipping. I order lots of the pastry filling and try to keep tabs on the things I will be running low on soon, then order. Sometimes I need things the cake store doesn't have so I have to order just that thing, but I hate doing that and try to come up with some other things I need to add to the order.
How about shopping on Cake Central?
Newbie - I would, but they didn't have what I was looking for. I mentioned I was really looking for fillings by CK and I don't think cakecentral has them.
