I have been wanting to try adding creme bouquet flavored icingto my next cake. Well it just so happens that I have an order for a 1/2 white, 1/2 chocolate cake.
Since I have never worked with Creme Bouwuet before, I don't know what it really tastes like. Will it's falvor go well with the chocolate cake? I also want to drizzle ganache over the sides of the cake. Will it work or should I leave out the Creme Bouquet and try it at another time?
