I want to thank everyone for helping with their ideas for the cake for Hispanic Heritage Month. My handwriting was not as great as I would have liked it, but my hands were shaking.

We have the festivities this evening...will let you all know how it went!

CC has definitely been a big help to me!! I have learned so much!! I also wanted to let you all know that I made the tres leche cake from the recipe provided here on this site and it is delicious!

I know I have been there a time or two on the spelling

I cannot believe I did that! I was so tired, I did not even realize it until you said something. I do not think anyone notice because they did not say anything. I was so busy with setting up for the food tasting event that I did not pay mine. I guess all I can do now is laugh.

Don't feel bad ~ I misspelled the birthday girls name once - and i've known her since she was born!

Thank you thecakemaker, as you can see I mispelled "mind"....I'm just tired, the event lasted from 5:00 - 8:00 and I was at the school all day. Whew! I guess when we rush, we tend to make mistakes and all we can do is laught when it is our own.
