The color in my last batch of icing came out streaky .. you know the color was really light in some spots and really dark in others, and no matter what I did, I could not get the color to even out!
What did I do wrong? Anybody know? How could I prevent this from happening again? I was planning on making another cake tonight.
I usually make the Wilton buttercream with shortening.
