i finally attempted to make my first cupcake cake. i have to admit, this was a bit challenging because i was pressed for time, but since it was going to my son's freshman j.r.o.t.c. class, i needed to do a cake where you didn't have to worry about cutting. thanks cali4dawn for your tutorial!!! the picture is in the gallery under no category.

Yes, people see the word cupcake and assume fast and easy. Yes, they are not hard... but they are much more time consuming than a conventional cake... but the results are worth it!!
