Hi everyone,
Im in need of creative ideas for a playboy bunny cake. They dont want a FBCT. At 1st my order was for about 20 servings.....simple enough. I was gonna carve the symbol and then cover in fondant.....now I have been inform that they need it for 80 servings.....there will be children and adults at the party so they would like the logo inckuded but nothing racy!!!! As I suggested the Bum of the bunny with the tail, I was shot down. I said she would have Bathing suit!

Would you stack cakes and put the logo on top???? what colors besides white and black would you use??? What kind of accents for borders or decorations would you include....????

As usual with my orders lately I have to come up with some ideas and present to see what they want......... It needs to be special and creative and there family has been plagued with bad cakes lately and they atre paying me a little more to make sure I get it it right.

sorry to ramble.......

ps I googled and found one that looked like a BCT with black and white but didnt see nay here....if you have done one or have ideas please post as I really could use the help

TIA
Nancy

Don't they wear bunny ears? If you do stacked cakes, how about making a headband maybe out of gumpaste or fondant and add bunny ears for the top tier and put the symbol on the side of one of the other tiers of the cake. Add fluffy bunny tail on back end of bottom tier?

OK-here's the logo for everybody to think about.

I would do a sheet cake with the bunny on top. The head you could make out of the egg pan, then cut the other pieces out of a single 8 or 10" round. Depending on the occasion, I would think you could use any colors. When you check out their merchandising page, they've used every color of the rainbow with it.

You could do a stacked cake with black frosting. Have white bunny ears sticking up out of the top layer. And then do little (about the size of a quarter or so) white colorflows of the bunny and use these for the border on each layer. You could even use some silver luster dust for the little bunnys to sparkle them up a bit.
