Does anyone know of a web site where you can buy an impression mat? None of the local stores in my area seem to have them.

Their designs are very limited.. If you cannot find them, you might want to consider Textured Rolling Pins..I have about 5 of them and I am very happy... No store carries unusual baking or decorating tools
