Can you spot the mistake? I didn't, but now, I have a paper next to my cake with exactly the right spelling and wording!

I am so sorry! This has only happened to me once but, luckily I was at home when I caught it!

However, it is a beautiful cake!!!!!!!!!

PastryDiva --

I'm so sorry. How did you find it? Did the customer point it out? It's hard when you're concentrating on so many different things at once. The cake is so beautiful.

I used to be a copy writer and a proofer. I find that it is NEVER EVER good to proof your own stuff for the reason I stated. Because you've just been looking at it too long.

I guess now is not the time to bring up the last episode of Martha. icon_smile.gif LOL.
