I used to live in Pennsylvania and my hubby worked for the New York Fire Department..(yes he was on duty on 9/11)

He was always getting orders for cakes, but they had to travel about 97 miles of back country roads, Highways and City traffic to get to where they needed to go....

so sometimes all my work would arrive a bit....worse for the wear..

I bet they loved it anyway.

I think that it stills looks good. You may need to train hubby to do repairs

There is one cake that took 4 1/2 hours to get there, in the middle of a snow storm and may detours later...but they still ate it anyway..looking for that one...that one is GROSS looking..lol
