Which one are you copy and pasting when you create the scale? The one that worked for me was the BBCode (forum code)[/quote]

Thanks Gina, I really think this cold/sinus yucky stuff is getting the bestof me and all this rain isn't helping! It is supposed to be nice the rest of the week though! Thanks again!

Okay, I'm going to join you guys if that's okay. I'm on a mission and would appreciate any support. I promised myself when I reached goal, I would make myself my favorite cake, decorate it and splurge. Probably not the healthiest promise, but hey, it motivates me. So here goes...

I have a really strong goal to see the 140's by Nov. 1. Do you think that's unrealistic? I'm on my treadmill every night for at least 20 minutes and we won't even talk about the sit-ups I've been doing because --- well, two nine-pound children can really do a number to a thirty-something stomach. I used to be a runner...before children.

Anyway, Good Luck to everyone and Thanks for being so AWESOME.

Also, sorry I do this all the time. I think of things after I post. But, I was going to ask Nitu, did you lose 4 pounds in one week? I'm so jealous. I've been working HARD since Sept. 1. In high school, I used to could lose a pound every two days with just a little effort. Now, I have to bust my rear to lose half a pound every four days. After reading everyone's post, I had my checkup and asked the Dr. to check my thyroid. No, it's fine. I'm just 37. icon_sad.gif

I would like to join in hoping to get motivated. I said saturday and sunday that I would start on monday. well today is tuesday and I am still eating kit kat bars!!
I did buy a workout video today so that is a start! I even put it in the DVD player. But I couldn't find the remote to start it so I just turned it off.
I need to make a promise to yall so I actually get started back on WW. If I make the promise to someone other than myself then I usually will keep it.

I know - I am weird!
i'll keep you posted.

pandora, I know how hard it is to stay on track. But you can do this!!

I was starving all day yesterday. icon_cry.gif And it was't because I wasn't eating. Just wanted more. Made boiled, parsley potatoes for my DS and DH, it was so hard. I felt like a junkie who needed a fix. I put a small bite in my mouth and had to fight to keep myself from just picking up the whole pot and shoving them in my mouth!! icon_eek.gificon_redface.gif

Pandora- and everybody else for that matter - try the WW entrees! For only 6 points, the Enchiladas suizas are awesome. I had that yesterday for lunch and was actually full. I also added some zucchini and a little cilantro to it, and a salad with a very small amount of low-cal dressing for an extra point. Except for the sugar cookies for dessert, I came in completely under my daily points.

I've mentioned before that I'm on the Depo shot, so I'm hungry all the time. Well, I seem to have gotten my hunger reined in a little. I have a salad with lunch & dinner, very little dressing - I mix my own ranch using light mayo and plenty of 1% milk so it's very thin. I also add veggies to everything (except cereal, of course.)

I don't feel so hungry now, it's great, and I haven't felt so much like cheating.

Also Pandora, you haven't been run over until you don't even get back on. It's never too late!

Alright, this is definately God's timing. I have been trying to get in shape and I am trying to be sneaky and fool my husband. I am working out and not letting him know it because I want to surprise him with a new body on our anniversary (Dec. 12). So far, no problem since it's been less than a week, but in a few weeks, we'll be spending our nights with the lights out, and I am going to have to demand a lot more privacy in the bathroom. I have been using my before picture as a motivator. It's hung right on my fridge. I also need the encouragement and support of our friends here. So, if you'll have me, I'm in. Here's where I am:

Image

I forget to note that I do not expect to be at 135 by Dec. 12, but that is my ultimate goal. My family is riddled with health problems that could be helped or prevented by eating healthy and excercising. I don't want to fall into that trap.

I did it!! I put in the workout video and actually did it!!
This video is awesome. It lets you design your own workout.

I need to go shopping too. I forgot about the WW meals. I might try them. I remember the Healthy Choice Meals are good too and are only 5 to 6 points.
It stinks for my husband! He is skinny!! And needs to gain weight.

I am having problems finding other things to eat that consit of alot of food, but low on points. Any suggestions?
Thanks a bunch.

Congrats to all who have lost weight!
