Hi Every1!!!

Time for the 2nd weigh in. I hope all of you had a great week, and survived the weekend. I had a rough go of it this weekend my DH forgets I have no will power and suggests not so great foods! He works out religiously and runs 7-8 miles a day so he can eat anything he wants. He travels a lot for work so when he leaves I can really stick to my diet better than when he is at home.

I will return here on Wednesday with my weigh in, and I hope to hear from all of you again this week!!!

WELL, what a great weekend. I went to family gathering yesterdayBUT the eating healthy went right out the window! My weigh in is tonight. I will not be surprised if I gained back the weight I lost last week. I am back on track today, but grrrrrrrr. We will see after my WW meeting tonight!

Take care

I completely sucked this past week...just check the siggy! icon_redface.gif

I need to get my butt in gear - none of my jeans fit, and I REFUSE to go buy more!

So, today I am starting new...

I have a metabolic disorder, making this a bit harder than it used to be. I really need to watch my sugar and carb intake! thumbs_up.gif

It's Monday so it is a great time to start fresh even if we weren't doing so good. I am going to do some walking today after I clean house and get my laundry done. The kids are home from school, so it will be nice ot have some company while I walk!

I haven't lost any weight this week, but at least I've stopped gaining. I'm not giving up, but after doing some research on the net, I've discovered that the weight gain from the Depo shot can be considerable, partly because of the hormones, partly because it makes you so darn hungry all the time that you don't ever want to stop eating!! icon_evil.gif I've even tried taking natural appetite suppressants with absolutely no result!

So for now I will be content with no gain, and hope the pounds start falling off once the evil stuff is out of my system, cuz I won't be getting that nasty shot again!

Trying out my status bar. Hope it works.

Wow!! Good Job you "Losers".....That is meant as a compliment!! LOL

Cathy.....those late night snacks can be killers...maybe you could try to eat only half a snack or switch a piece of fruit. I know its easier said than done, but you might be surprised how much cutting out the late night eating will make with your weight loss.

I want to do this too. I know that I am not starting when you all did but hey I can try to catch up a few pounds. Everyone is doing so great! I have done WW 2 times before and had to stop both times. Each time I lost 20 some pounds I ended up pregnant! 5 Pregnancies in 6 years is hard on a body, any body!! my dh was fixed but that didn't work and now I am fixed! That worked. Just seems to fit "the woman gets it done"!!! LOL Any how, if you'll have me I'd love to join you. The ladies at the actual meetings here aren't very nice and outgoing with support. SO I think that I would have better success with my cake friends! I just don't know how to display the weight tracker on the posts. I have made it now I need to get it on the posts. How do I do that one!? Thanks for the help.

I also started behind you all. And I am not on WW here. I haven't even seen a program over hereand they only have like 2 different meals in the base store. But my weigh in will be on Sunday. It is good to be on here with you all for more than just cake!! Keep up the good work, you guys!!

Well, I'm pleased to say, after working my butt off and sticking to an eating plan, I lost 2 pounds. I was hoping for about 10 but I'll take the 2. icon_redface.gif

My incentive-- my fat-obsessed MIL. We are going to see her this week and she always talks about how fat so-and-so is. I know I get added to her list when I leave. As a reinforcement, I should probably post pictures of her on the cabinets that hide the kid's treats. icon_lol.gif

Thanks guys for the boost.

Hey Joan,

I know what youn mean about the MIL. Mine is always looking for something to say negative and she loves it that I am fat! Just 1 more reason to lose it!

OK, I posted on last weeks thread because I weighed in on Sunday. So, here it goes again:

I gained a pound and a half but knew I would gaine weight because I have been terrible. I joined Pandora's challenge and posted yesterday. Yesterday I played in the pool for about 30 minutes with my DD, jumping, swimming, kicking, stuff I can't do otherwise because of bad knees. Unfortunately, it's not my pool so not an eveyday thing. I posted those minutes on the challenge. I also walked around the block with DD later in the evening. Journaled all my food intake and even though it was not a great day, I still came in under my calorie goal. icon_smile.gif

Drank lots of water yesterday!

Hope everyone is doing great!

Well, i stayed the same, which I guess is good. I exercise alot more than before, but I also messed up BIG TIME on my eating all weekend long. Personal problem = Fridge Friend icon_cry.gif With what i ate, it could have been much worse and gained. Better luck this week I hope!

Which one are you copy and pasting when you create the scale? The one that worked for me was the BBCode (forum code)
