The first time I made it a couple of years ago, my friends (who are my ginuea pigs) said that it tasted like a really great wedding cake. So, yes, I would say so!

I just tried this recipe myself also, and i don't even really like to eat cake all that much, but i definately had my share of this one. It was so good that i didn't want to give out sample's to find out what everyone thought cuz i wanted all for myself!! definately a winner.
