So I was at Micheal's Friday night and ran into the Wilton instructor teaching class III to one student, and asked her if she was ever going to do an evening class since I have a baby I stay home with during the day. She said she'd always done evening classes, and that Micheals had given me the wrong info. So I signed up for class I, it starts on Monday!!!

So I am curious now what skills do you learn in each class? She eaches them back to back, so I am going to try to take all 3.

well class one is the basics...learning materials and decorating tips,How to make a rose, borders, gel transfers....Class two is making royal icing flowers and colorflow pieces...course three you put them all together with the flowers you made in class 2 and make a two tiered fondant covered cake for your final class cake!! It's really fun!!!
