Help With Favorites

How do I take a picture from the gallery and mark it as a favorite of mine? Sorry, I am nor very computer savy. Thank you for the help.

Look at the bottom of the picture and it says add to your favorite album.

Thanks, But my 14 year old daughter gave me that one, it is one of her favorites.
